Welcome to BJJ.net.au. This site has been started in a time that ironically, we cannot train Brazillian Jui-Jitsu due to Covid-19. This is a time where those of us that have been training 3 or 4 or 5 times a week for years are stuck at home, unable to see our BJJ families. Due to the close nature of BJJ, it may be some time before gyms can open again. Let’s hope it is not too long.
So, in between hip escapes across my lounge-room floor, and between sets of light weights and the odd roll with my wife and kids, I will write about the stuff that is keeping me sane, the things that we can do to train solo, and the things that we can train in our heads. Man, I miss being squashed and pulled apart!
